The Phoenix Check-in Information

  • Check In: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check Out: 10:00 a.m.

Thank you for your consideration of other guests by honoring the check-in/check-out times. Late departures are subject to an additional night's charge unless a later checkout has been authorized by the Front Desk Manager.

Check-In Location for the Phoenix

Check-in for visitors staying at the Phoenix is at the property location. Guests arriving during office hours should go directly to the Phoenix (directions below). For after hours check-in proceed directly to Mountain Resorts' office, following the after hours directions here. The Phoenix front desk hours are as follows:

  • Winter Season: 7:30am to 8pm, 7 days a week
  • Summer Season: 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week
  • Closed from Labor Day until Thanksgiving

Directions to the Phoenix

Westbound Hwy 40 - Turn Right on Walton Creek Rd. (1st stop light). Proceed approx 1/4 mi. and turn left on Village Dr. Proceed to Apres Ski Way (stop sign) and turn right. Proceed on Apres Ski Way for about 150 yards and you'll notice the Phoenix on your right.

Eastbound Hwy 40 - Drive through downtown Steamboat, and past Mt. Werner Rd. At the next Stop Light, turn left on Walton Creek Rd. (1st stop light). Proceed approx 1/4 mi. and turn left on Village Dr. Proceed to Apres Ski Way (stop sign) and turn right. Proceed on Apres Ski Way for about 150 yards and you'll notice the Phoenix on your right.
